Do galaxy circumnavigations include Kepler's Crest and Xibalba, or are they their own expedition?

I'm currently here:

It's my aim to visit every region of the galaxy. Since 25th Dec 2018, I've been working my way clockwise around the outside of the disk.

I'm currently zooming through Achilles's Altar and after 292KLy without docking up, I'm looking forward to offloading some exploration data, as well as a minor refitting of my ship.
After that's done, I'm need to decide whether to turn back anticlockwise and head into Kepler's Crest and Xibalba, or to continue clockwise and head back through Elaysian Shore and then on through Vulcan Gate, as I go through the next innermost ring of regions and do another circuit.

On one hand, KC and XI are galactic regions on the outer edge of the disk that do need visiting. On the other hand, I've read in a variety of places that each one is practically an expedition in its own right, each requires sticking to very specific landmarks, and each needs plenty of jumpomiun.
So should I do another circuit and start moving inwards, or gather plenty of jump materials and do a left turn at Sanguineous Rim?
EDIT: Ship has 63Ly jump range.

I'm currently in Xibalba with a 63 Ly ASP X. It's feasible without jumponium if you take the long route through the Outer Arm I guess... But jumping between arms, or getting to the end of the outer arm requires a lot of injections.

Nice round trips for both of you though !!

I have done on mine - although the pre-jumponium trip with a 27ly range might not have got quite far enough to cross into Xibalba but it didn't exist then and I went as far as I could go...
