Do I have Horizons?

Hey guys,

I haven't played for quite a while and I wanted to try it again. I bought the pre-release Mercenary Edition. Do I have Horizons or do I have to buy it?

If so, I also read there was a discount for current owners of the standard edition E: D, am I entitled to one (doesn't seem so in Steam) or am I too late?

Thanks

Edit:
This is an honest question and I haven't found an answer for it on the net regarding the pre-release Mercenary Edition specifically because it's usually about the Alpha/Beta ones and the Lifetime Expansion pass, so I just want to check out before making the purchase.

This is not meant to troll, flame, or as a passive aggressive statement.

You have what I have, the core game. Horizons is an "update" which will cost you about 20 quid, many have bought in, many have not (common complaints are gouging and lack of content for price etc). Its up to you BUT saying that FD have now "engineered" (see what I did there) it so you have a disadvantage if you dont buy in (come on fanbois you KNOW its true, non horizons players have no access to engineers.). I'm not going to debate the ethics of it, thats been done countless times here, its up to you mate.

Thanks, I figured as much.

Absolutely not looking to start a debate as I understand the subject has been beaten to death.

i have engineers, have not went through a single upgrade and been killing player cobras as the horrible pirate person i am just fine.

but yeah, they do give you an advantage in turn of a disadsvantage of some sorts. its really all about giving you more options. but frankly, 4% more firerate isnt gonna win you a fight. its your skills and wits that do.
