I just arrived at Synuefe KU-F B44-4 and approched the Guardian Beacon. When i try to shoot the Energy Pylons with my Multi Cannons nothing happens. I don't have other waepons with me. Do i have to go back and get beam weapons or is there another reason why the Pylons don't react?

You don't need beams but you certainly need energy weapons. It's an energy pylon, not a slot machine. 
Nope - beacon, not pylon. OP - apparently ramming works...
Use SRV; if you have kinetic only, then you are using the wrong gun for interaction and have to use a thermal one; because only thermal guns will do.
Why do people continue to suggest SRVs is space, lmao, come on.

SRV for ground based energy pylons, energy weapon for the pylons at the beacons .
.
Tape down the trigger on the srv and shove that sucker out the launch bay. Then ram it into the pylon with your ship. They cry and hold yourself. It's okay, no one can see you cry in space.

Gauss guns work marvelously. One shot - pylon charged.
