Yes, engineers are all planetside, so no access without Horizons.
Hmmm 70th birthday. Maybe I can wangle a present.

And don't forget that it won't be just for the engineers stuff, but also the joy of landing on planetary bodies.
That is quite a good idea, just make sure first your computer can actually handle Horizons. 64bit OS, GPU capable of DX11, the works.

Definitely get ahold of Horizons and enjoy the new and improved visuals Identical to son's rig. That way if something goes FZZT we can easily check it out.
