I have been waiting a week to fix my issue with this ticket and last night it got an answer He said that my issue already fixed and all my lost outfitting already back, but when I log in last night it is still the same. (not solved, yet) and this morning I try still the same, so

Do I really need to wait another week to fix my issue which last night said that is already fixed with my ticket? I did update my ticket I hope the frontier sees this.

You should contact support and moan about it there. All you're going to get here is a load of derision and cat-calls.
