Do Not Buy Arx via Steam

Friend and I both bought Arx the other day (16800+900 selection) and have yet still to get them credited to our account.

Tickets from both of us have been put in and tossing up whether to Steam refund (Only have a few hours left for Steam Refund) or continue to wait the few more days until hopefully someone at Customer Support answers the our Support Tickets.....

Steam buyer be warned.

Very disappointed with the quality of service with a paid transaction... You took our money immediately, where are the Arx!

Yeah I had the same problem, it doesn't show up in game until you log out of your account and then sign back in again in the launcher.

And not just closing the launcher, sign out using the options menu -> Log out

Alas I tried that, still nothing... Just wanted to play Dress Up with my Cmdr in a new outfit.... I shall be patient and wait on the Support Ticket, I want my new suit outfit :)

Update - Finally after 19 hours my account updated with the Arx...... Would think the transaction would be nigh instantaneous. No matter I now have what i paid for :)

Why would anyone buy arx right now? I mean who are you trying to look good for? The buddy who just CTD'd when you dropped to orbital cruise on the way to the ground CZ? Or the 2 teammates who relogged after their 3rd crash and now you can't even instance with in the ground CZ? So now they're stuck taking a cab back to base so they can finally see your cool new outfit.

Ah so I had a similar issue last week and ended up having to follow some pretty explicit instructions to confirm my frontier and steam accounts were linked . I opened a support case as well - but I think I ended up resolving this myself by unlogging my machine from steam or some such .
