Do Seeking Luxuries also sell

Never managed to sell anything but now in a couple of systems with a lot of these Seeking Luxuries. Happened to have Progenitor Cells and went to within 500m of many Type 9's but nothing happened so assume they didn't want them. Do I need a specialist scanner to find out what they want? Also some seem to be offering to sell - but what?

AFAIK they're in search of Performance Enhancers, but you can always scan them with a cargo scanner to see what they're carrying - and thus what they're after.

They either say seeking life enhancement or say they can supply anything to keep up with the Jonses which is all a bit vague.
