I went back to my old home system (from ages ago) Mu-1 Cygni - the one in my signature, actually - to pick up and sell my old Asp (mentioned in another thread).
This system used to be heavily Federation controlled when I was there more often.
But on visiting it yesterday I was a little surprised to notice it now registered as being an Anarchy system.
This was a little surprising, but I am wondering if systems can devolve to this state or whether it is more likely that FD simply decided to make it an Anarchy system instead of Fed now.
Or perhaps it was a PowerPlay induced change maybe?
