do the baby animals feed from the parents

I would like to know do the baby animals feed on the milk of there parents well the ones that do in real life in zoo tycoon 2 i swear they made it so lion cubs fed from the mother as i saw then lay down and the cubs feed from the mother so i wonder if they do that in this game.

I can say for a fact that it is not. The game won't really be as realistic as people think, but the animals look pretty good, and so do the graphics.

No. They don't even really acknowledge their parents. If you have a big multi-species enclosure, you'll see that they just wander around aimlessly. The babies don't stick with their parents, or they don't interact with them.

Yeah, that's a shame. I had even hoped that animals would carry their offspring around with them. Probably too difficult and too costly to calculate for so many species and specimens.

it is a shame since if zoo tycoon 2 at least could have baby lions drinking from there mother now and again dont know why a more advanced game like this couldn't also with baby's not following parents and aimlessly wandering about sounds rather stupid they could have at least leashed them to the parents in a way that they follow them at least and only go away to drink or eat then go back.

you think if we have come so far since zoo tycoon 2 in technology in gaming you would think they could do some sort of thing like this rather disappointing if its not added on release or sometime after as i would love at least some interaction with baby and parent. also on a vid i watched of someone playing it seems with animals that lay eggs like the ostrich they dont seem to lay a egg it just suddenly has a baby.

i also think in zoo tycoon the animals that can lay eggs actually lay eggs on the ground before the baby hatches some time later so that is also disappointing unles he skiped it witch i dont think he did lets hope if not in by release stuff like this gets added down the line..
