When wings and friends will be introduced?

I'm full of questions i know, but i'm talking for my console friends who don't do pc's and forums, but wish to know everything!

As far as I can tell those things, well at least Wings, are already present.

Local chat even works - if you press X + dpad_up, go to the comms tab (which it should default to) and then press A, it will bring up an in-game keyboard you can use for chat. I've been using it in Local chat when I see other players but no replies yet

We seem to be having a bit of trouble with wings etc, yes local chat works, but from comms you can't see your xbox friends, ergo you can't 'wing' up, unless they are in the same local instance, right next to you!

Didn't FD make a NAT traversal patch for comms in a recent update? It may not be present in the Xbox version yet.
