Do you get a bounty for attacking ships in anarchy systems?

Let's say you are super-cruising in a system that is all anarchy, all stations in the system are anarchy. On the contacts tab we see a cargo ship that is possibly carrying valuable commodities, you successfully interdict it and begin zapping your lasers. Would I get a bounty for doing this?

Anarchy is free for all , no police , thus no fines or bountyes to worry about.
If you plan collect any bountyes kill warrant scanner is the only module that help whit that as all in Anarchy show up as clean from the basic scanner.

No you will not.

If you are in an Anarchy system with System Authority ships (strange but I've seen it) and you have stolen cargo they will fine you. I would assume that you will get a "wanted" status if you attack them...

My fine was to a "Pirate" group....I had to laugh. It was for "illegal cargo".....bwahahahahaha
