Do You Need Settlement defence plans? Here is easiest way

Hello Everyone. ı would like to share experience how did i manage to collect them. So basicliy find anarch system which includes many odsseyy planets . You need to scan planets with DSS and look for ırregular markers threat 2 or 3 . once you find them look for the crashed skimmer ( if place has 3 containers in its center then move on you need to find 2 containers in center and one crashed skimmer near site. once you landed dismiss your ship get ready to fight with 6 + 6 scavs. Once you killed all go back to skimmer download data here is important: crouchyour charakter and make him stuck behind skimmer once done just relog look or data then repeat the prosses. no need to fight each time on each try just be carefull your suits energy . i managed to collect all 15 settlement plans with threat lvl 2 in 40 minutes. hope it helps. This is an older post now, coming up on 3 months. And the relog routine has been nerfed. Anyone got a source or location to collect these? I mean they are so scarce they are almost mythical.

Well Ive done the exit restart Gramps mentions above. It's nerfed too unless you travel a significant distance or jump top another system then DOCK then go back.

Yup I can confirm it's totally nerfed. Which makes the grind totally unbearable. Could do with SDPs being somewhat more common.
