Do you think Krait Phantom's are linked to Sirius Corp Shinanegans?

In Beta, I couldnt find a Krait Phantom outside of Shinrarta (i didnt scour the bubble just tried High Pop High Tec systems mostly).

Do we think that these ships availability will be linked to how Sirius Corp has been attempting to appropriate tech from Ram Tah? So come launch of patch we will have a CG to either support Ram Tah or Sirius and that will result in where we can get the phantom from?

Or these ships will be available but only on low sec systems, or some other economy/security type?

Nope.

The phantom has nothing to do with Guardian tech. Nothing about the phantom is distant from the limits applied to all other human ships based on their physical attributes and internal configurations.

Sirius is definitely up to something, though.
