All the people saying nothing will be added now because it will need testing seem to be forgetting that we will have 4 weeks to test the new build before launch on 16th December. Isn't that longer than we have had to test B3?
I am pretty sure that there will be new features added for quite some time on a monthly basis. I just don't expect any groundbreaking new features. The butter and bread features are pretty much in the game as of now. They are sometimes rudimentary, and can be expanded (like missions, mining, exploration, player communication, navigation).
There probably will be significant improvements to existing features on Gamma. I think, however, that we have seen the major additions in the Beta already.
Nevertheless there are a few things missing as of now:
- Player Log (really rudimentary at the moment with credits earned, kills, crimes)
- P2P Trading
- Passengers (needed if you want to include liners like the Orca)
etc.
The list is still rather long, so there will be new things. All of them are nevertheless rather "B Priority" and not system or mission critical. So I don't actually care whether they come in 2 weeks, a month or two months.
Really new biggies like landing and walking around the station will be in an expansion anyway.
