Do you use a Winwing Orion 2 throttle?

Me personally no, but not knowing what this was I went to the Winwing site out of curiosity!

Looks amazing!....if this is the same thing.
With the inclusion of the dedicated joystick it's unfortunately way out of my price range / budget, but it seems to get reasonably good reviews from what I can gather, so I hope you're pleased when it arrives.
It might be helpful to other players what your views are once you've got accustomed to it, and maybe post up those in the hardware topic...

Its really nice, although I am so use to keyboard and mouse for elite I only use it for flight sims.

How did you get all the buttons and switches to work? I read somewhere that Elite doesn't support all the buttons and switches like MSFS and DCS?
I own a Virpil HOTAS but the approach should work with Winwing, too: Use VoiceAttack (disable voice) and FireyToads plugin to build macros for retracting your landing gear, switch between exploration and weapons mode, etc.
He made a series of good videos how to do that and you can adapt them to your HOTAS:
I have only the basic controls set thus far.
I have had one for a moth now and love it (replaced worn out X52 pro)
I find that they are made for larger hands than mine, have to stretch to hit some of the buttons
