Docking Denied

Hello folks.
Are you guys having like, ALOT of docking requests denied, in many of the stations? I can't really play online because it's always like this, playing Solo is the only way to actually find a slot to dock. Sure, there are alot of players, but it seems like the NPCs are making the docking worse.

You'll probably want to get out of the busy areas if you're having trouble docking.

I've only been denied docking requests a few times, and that was always at small platforms, where the AI was currently already docked. They have very few landing pads :p

Well, those were huge dock stations, but still the only way to dock is jumping into solo mode. It's bad because happens to me normally when transporting something illegal for a quest, exactly the kind of thing that I should be completing as fast as possible to avoid problems hahah

That's part of the risk of those missions and playing in Open Play

Yep, specially for me, I'm coming from Star Citizen and I'm getting destroyed literally by NPC pirate ships, of course this is my day 1 here but it's embarassing, can't outturn or shake the enemy off my back, and I feel like it's harder to escape from a NPC than a real player heheh. But yea, I'll stay on Solo while trading for a while for faster docking, not real reason to go online if I don't really see that much contact (friendly or not) between players.

NPCs are easy to run from after little practice ... players are close to impossible to run from if they're somewhat competent.

As for the OP, you get it when all the pads are in use, in open it's more common because 1. players are idling on the pads 2. new instances always have room but older ones might not and you might end up in an older one in open if there are other players around.
