Docking numbers and grid dissapearing

Log a ticket if you haven't -- I've seen the same. They come and go for me, but they're usually visible for long enough for me to know which landing pad I need to go to. It'll let you dock on the pad even without the lights if you know which pad to land on.
Yep, I've logged a ticket for it. It's been happening since the late gamma releases.
I have had this problem without it letting me dock. I usually cancel my docking request lift of and try again. Usually works then.
It's a bit of a bummer in the Newbie packed areas where you can be waiting for a docking clearance for well over 10 minutes.
I've had this happen and also ticketed. I get the impression they are having much trouble reproducing it.
Luckily I had eye-balled the pad when this happen and knew where to set down, might have been a bit (more) hairy otherwise..
Your little radar screen will point directly to the pad, even if is not lit. You will know it's right when the landing scanner appears (and no loitering message).
As others have mentioned this appeared again during gamma, no fix yet suggests it is a slippery bug, so try using the radar. It will avoid having to leave and retry.

I've had the same problem since release, and I've ticketed it too.
