What's wrong with Rackham's Peak, been sitting in my Python for 30 minutes requesting docking and keeps getting denied? I tried Private and Solo, relogged a few times but still cannot dock.

Yes, of course...Yesterday landed just fine, first request. I should have given them a few donations, they are in civil unrest, maybe that would have changed their minds 
probably server 43 is down again wait 15 for server 43a to kick in

Seems that I have to be less than 4km away from the station, finally got granted access.
possibly I always voice request at around 5km so va takes a little time to actually request it also so about 4km yea to be sure...……..
I must say, never seen so many Keelbacks landing just as I'm arriving at the landing pad. A few times happened that no one was showing up, pad was empty but docking was still denied so I had to restart the game...
