Some NPC is blocking the only one medium platform in outpust for 10 minutes now, this needs to be changed.

Im sure FD are looking into this. It has been posted about a lot. I think one small suggestion is that the voice/text tells us if its a queue or pad too small/ship too large for the pad. The NPC's taking long is or isnt an issue though. Im sure you take 10 minutes on pads as well sometimes. But with a lot of complaints im sure FD will tweak it a bit.
Yea I agree, thats just bad design of the game.
I am really stunned that a simple solution to this hasn't been implemented.
Since it would appear that dropping out of SC into the space region (I'm guessing) puts you into an instance of some sort, they could simply max the number of players to that of available ports / start a new instance of the port when the number gets too great.
The biggest threat I have had when this sort of thing has happened to me was when I was racing for home with a cracked / leaking cockpit and was on the timer while my oxygen depleted!

I find its the humans that clog pads. Populat outposts are a nightmare. Kadenyuk Orbital in Kini is virtually impossible to land at in open play. In solo you get clearance 1st time every time. I now avoid that system like the plague. One method I have is to sit watching the pads out of the side window with the menu on docking request. As soon as someone takes off click that button and keep doing so til you get the pad.
hm the outpust I was taling about, it is still blocked, I think its bugged, at least solo mod solve it for me but I don't want to play in solo mod, this is MMO game.
At least it would be nice to have a chance to enter a queue and on HUD see how many ships are before you. And when it is your turn you would obtain permission automatically.
