Docking request timing out.

I'm at Beagle 2 docking, well within range and every time I send a docking request it times out and suggests I try again. Do I just need to restart my game or has anyone else experienced this?

Sometimes in a busy station that could happened. just keep sending new request until you get clearance.
A relog could also speed it up as you might end up in an different instance/server that is not so busy.
