Newcomer / Intro Docking Requested Accepted. Now Die.

I get accepted. I go in, immediately get flagged as trespasser get attacked and blown up.
So what happened?
Literally 100% of the time I sit down and have fun with this game it completely makes me want to uninstall it in the same exact session.

Usually this is caused by you having either a bounty or carrying illegal cargo. You get docking permission and then at some point a security ship scans you (stations don't scan) and that detects the issue - this causes permission to be withdrawn.

I think illegal cargo will only "earn" you a fine. You must have been wanted and got scanned as you were approaching the station.

I understand the frustration. It doesn't really stem from the game being unfair but rather not knowing what's going on. If you stick with it, these things won't stop happening, but once you understand the game enough to know WHY are they happening, it gets better.
Also money. Once you have a lot of money. :)

If it said "loitering", you spent too much time over a landing pad that wasn't the one assigned to you. the station gives constant warnings that loitering is punishable by death.

You can check what actually happened by looking at your log files if you play on PC. Everything like that is recorded in text with time-stamps. Log files are in:

C:\Users\*****\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous

Where ***** is your Windows logoin name or USER if you don't have one.

If you can't understand what's in the log file copy and paste the relevant part here, so we can have a laugh explain it to you.

Another possibility is taking too long from getting docking to landing, if you run out of time the station will shoot at you, the same if you take too long when leaving.
It is unlikely to be the reason as we get 10 minutes to dock, and as with loitering there is a warning and a few seconds to escape.

So the only 3 real plausible explanations have already been posted.
We need to explore them.
It would help matters further if we knew exactly what activity you were doing prior to the event.

Sorry was busy all day, couldn't reply.
I left and did 2 missions around Deciat to kill somebody but those were legal. When I came back I didn't loiter, went right in. Soon as I got in it was like TRESSPASSER!!!! Missile Lock!!! :D
I started laughing knowing I was about screwed in my no engineering Alliance Chieftan. But I have like 6 million and it's 4.5 to repair and my only other ship is in that station. Sooooooo I just logged.
Maybe I unintentionally shot someone I shouldn't have, there were ships flying around when I was killing my mission. Only thing I can think of. But why approve my landing if you're not gonna let me in? Just tell me to bug off.

If it's just about getting to your ship, you can find a station in a neighbouring system (just make sure it isn't owned by the same faction) and have your ship transfered to you.

As they say, it is a good practice not to crap where you sleep. In this case meaning - if you choose some system as your "home" don't do, well, basically anything in it. Especially things like bounty hunting or questionable missions.
If you get wanted in some random system, who cares, there are 9000 others just like it and you always have a home to return to.

Look at the log files. You'll see an NPC scan you after you got docking permission, then tell you that they don't allow criminals. The station tells you you're docking permission is revoked. You carried on in to the station with no docking permission.

Ill know later and tell. :)
The only thing that could have happened, in my mind, is I accidentally shot something I shouldn't have but it's 100% guess.
You don't have to guess. What happened is recorded in your game logs as has been said several times. By the time you wrote that, you could have looked at the logs and told us what actually happened!

A station only attacks you if:

You forgot to ask for docking, so trespass warning
You take too long in the entrance of over a pad, thus getting a trespass warning again
The station owner is hostile (they will shoot you on sight, you won't get docking access)
You shoot at someone, or even worse, at the station accidentally. This is very common if you don't remap weapons to not auto-deploy. Used to happen to me often enough, then i assigned a key to deploy weapons. Same if you destroy a ship by collision while speeding, station kills you.

I'm going to take a WAG and say the OP requested clearance which was not granted (too far out or similar) and proceeded as if he had been cleared. Lord knows I've done the same, or forgot in the first place to request it, leading to jamming full reverse thrusters in the slot amid panic and cries of mercy. It's really the only way you will be "immediately" trespassing.

Bonus points for getting a fine for ramming someone when reversing out.
