It DOESN'T mean NO ENTRY.
it's common sense here to go "green" if possible to avoid accidents. if im green, and you come heading towards me, i'll rarely move. my shields are full power, i have my lights on, i have enough money for about 30 cobra replacements...let's see who chickens out
