Dodgy skybox corewards?

Not sure if this has been raised before (probably has!) but is the weird skybox issue in the images below a known issue?

I did notice some issue with overly obvious straight lines between starry and non-starry areas like the last picture there.

If you're worried about trolls, go solo. It's not like exploration is usually a social experience anyway right?

I'm at the Great Annihilator now, it's nice and quiet.

Yup, been an issue for a while now. Started experiencing it for the first time myself yesterday as I headed toward Sag. Sad day.

I've started to notice in some systems the stars/planets don't line up with the orbit lines and 'snap' into place when you get closer.

Its been like that since Gamma. I'm sure FD are aware of it, there's been some quite indepth discussions about dating back to January/February.
