Does anyone else have an issue with the new DLC for PS4?

Hi,
I was trying to download the PS4 version of the Claire's DLC pack and it says it is not available. Anyone know if this is a bug or if it has a release time? Because the 1.8 update downloaded automatically just fine.
Update: So it has a page showing off the screenshots and preview, but no ability to purchase the DLC.

Hello! This usually means that your store has not updated just yet. It can vary per region sometimes as to when new content will be available. If you keep checking back it should update later today.

Thank you. It was confusing as the PS store has a price for it, but not the tab to download isn't up.
