Does anyone else struggle with architecture?

I feel like I’ve gotten really good at the natural stuff like terrain, rocks, plants, etc. but I often struggle with making architecture look good. Does anyone else have this issue? What are some good resources for improving my architecture game?

Yes! I'm an absolute terrible builder and it can be discouraging. I watch a lot of content creators and really try to get really familiar with the pieces we have. Other than that, I just practice doing a lot of one off builds. I found when I tried to do a whole zoo at the typical "building standard" I got discouraged and it wasn't fun. I really think it mostly comes down practice I think!

I do. Specially for indoor/holding áreas and roofs.

I remember when playing zoo tycoon 2 there were tons of easy and Quick tutorials on how to build specific things, step by step which were very helpful and with time i became quite good at the building (with mods) in the game and really enjoyed. That's why is so frustrating to me some times with PZ i know you can do pretty much everything you imagine (and i have lots of ideas) but a lot of it i don't know how to do it. I specially struggle with layout of buildings and the entrante despide knowing more or ese what i want to build.

Except for very specific things like domes or very briad and general tutorials on how to use the controles and shortcuts to build i haven't found a lot of tutorials. And i'm surprised there are none or very few in this forum.

That said looking at YouTube videos of speedbuilds helps a lot. And people have many different strategies for the lay out or to how start building.

Having some pieces for scale reference helps as well, like the scarecrow or placing the animals before you start.
