The CZ intensity levels are always the same at the same settlement. Daylight changes and a "good" layout is personal preference.

Ji Nutritional Base in Ross 671 is currently lit. Hi CZ. Tiny Agriculture, not my favourite layout but small so everything is close. Low g, easy to jump. Bit cold though so you will lose power a bit quicker.
