Don't know that area and i'm not in game however, look on the galaxy map for a system that has rings around the planet and a station next to it, click on that station and note the 'arrival point' distance. That's the distance from the jump in point, anything less than about 3000ls is fine. Next note the controlling faction, if it's anachy move to the next one (for now as you'll need a kws scanner).

Note not all ringed planets have RES points, just go visit, soon as you get near you can check your left UI for RES points.

In the system map, you select a planet with rings and see if that ring is metal rich or something. If it is, you will always find RES there. If a ring is made of ice, go search another ringed planet.
