Does anyone know what factors into "Scenery Running costs"?

I finished expanding my current zoo to the 22 habitats I had planned for it when I started it, so I took the time to go around the zoo and fill it in with trees and rocks and some rivers and lakes, so that things look nicer when looking out and away from the zoo. This is the first time where I actually kept playing a zoo at the point I was "done" expanding and after I filled in all those trees....it occurred to me that I don't know what goes into the "scenery running costs" expense of the zoo.

Are all those trees and rocks going to bite me in the ?

If you've never filled in the area around the zoo, it's worth it. Looks so much nicer then the flat, mostly-bare land. Here's some shots from the far ends of the editable map looking toward the zoo.

Any scenery that uses water or power has scenery costs (lights, moving objects, etc.)

Ahh, nice, then not trees and stuff like that! Thank you very much. That's a load off my mind. This zoo is not super-profitable after the final batch of animals went in because they all have high feed costs (all the large cats and bears) and I've set a relatively low guest limit due to the zoo not being massive. It makes money, but I didn't want to see my scenery costs skyrocket.
