Does anyone want to help me compile a list of bugged guardian surface sites?

This is a rather infuriating bug that seems to happen 100% of the time to those affected by it. However, I've noticed the only surface sites with the pylon bug are the ones with pylons at the end of a specific type of object that resembles a pathway.

The pylons get stuck halfway out the ground as pictured.

Are you referring to the Guardian structure at HD 63154 B 3 A? I was there yesterday and had no issues activating the pylons.
I was playing in both Open and Solo if that makes any difference...
