Does Beyond (beta) bring in planetary bookmarks and navigation to surface waypoints?

The good news is the Q4 release is when explorers will be shown lots of love, and this seems like a good time to add those features. I expect a "Focused Feedback" on exploration before too long, so make sure to request this feature at that time :D

Best I get my spam machine out. I'll be all over that forum. :D

Looks like I won't be playing for the best part of a year then.

Now that you mention it, having a rear-facing camera somewhere on the HUD or even as an optional element would be awesome!

Personally a downward facing camera would be awesome as currently if you are flying anything with a floor you have to guess where the landing pad is or come in low and glide down like an aeroplane which isn't always possible with the doozer style space builders making towers and cranes and all manners of godforsaken obstacles directly in the ships flight path to the pad. I see those NPC's flying in and VTOLing to their hearts content and think 'Well thats a computer controlled ship if ever I saw one' as there is no way a human could fly in that high up and drop it straight on the pad (docking computer excepted of course, never used one so not sure how they approach).

how many satellites fit into a watch?

That was what I was thinking. But to be fair, we already have the co-ordinates as is evident when we go into orbital cruise, so getting specific co-ordinates and highlighting them on the screen really shouldn't be an issue with the advanced tech that these ships have.
