As I understand it you can gain access to Founder's world by gaining Elite rank in at least one Pilot's Federation career category. Does CQC Elite rank count? It is an official Pilot's Federation rank, so I am guessing that it does, but I do not know for sure. Most of my playtime is in CQC now, and my next Pilot's Fed promotion is to Elite, so I am hoping that this is a legitimate path to Founder's world access. Is anyone CQC Elite rank yet and able to answer this?

Still slogging away , progressed last night , number 6 , i hate that bit till i get my beam lasers back , got them though , level 31 i think . Looks like if we need elite to get in there i may be some time .
I reckon it has to be the same as finishing the next two progressions . has to be .
I'm about 30% Legend, and somewhere between level 30 and level 40 Prestige 8, so maxing out prestige will definitely happen well before hitting Elite rank.

7 progression , this is dragging now . on a positive note , my stats keep improving despite playing fairly and not like a stat coward .
Elite rank is a pretty epic grind. I played a lot this weekend, and I only gained about 5% progression. This will take weeks! [hotas]

Indeed , on the plus note my kill death of 1 , then two , is nearly 3 . and my win loss which was terrible has passed 1 and is headed toward 1.25 . despite not playing silly beggars like some players . i got into a 1 on one duel with a prestiged player today . no idea how . when i killed him the second time he left the game . not his first time doing that , normally he leaves when he sees me join the lobby but will quit even if i join mid way through a game . i would not mind but he is capable of beating me and has on many occasions . i am secretly hoping he has connection issues but i am beginning to doubt that . again no names needed . i lost my win streak of 23 by joining a game just as the winner got the last kill , did i cry , no , i just did my best to meter punishment .

There is only one guy I have encountered who behaves like that. I will not name him either, but I suspect that it is the same cmdr. If I join a lobby and he is in it, I know for sure that he will leave before the match starts (Usually the instant before the match starts, which is funny by itself). I suspect that he is only interested in beating up on less experienced players. I personally find it kind of a pathetic strategy, but if that is the way that he enjoys the game, so be it. What he does is not against the rules. He has the 'right' to be craven if he wants. Whenever I happen to join a match that he is in though, he is my sole focus.
If it's the same one I'm thinking of - I've only seen one - they started running away from games with me when I got to about rank 40 (and they were prestige 3). With that policy it probably won't be too long before they can't find matches.
Still funny just how quickly they'll skip out of the room sometimes, though. One prestige/high rank they'll wait to see if they leave. Two or more I've never seen anyone click so fast...
