Does killing wanted ships reduce faction influence?

Assuming you don't hand in the bounties in that system, does killing wanted ships in a system hurt their influence.

Have seen conflicting information. Would appreciate a definitive answer.

For over the last year of tracking it the answer has been no for me.

It also translates into why you can't murder Anarchy ships to effect influence as all of them spawn with bounties wither you can see them or not.

So to me it seems if a ship has a bounty, it doesn't loose influence.

My most recent test of this was on Jan 25, 2018 in a quiet very low pop system with no traffic. I killed 10 wanted NPCs from one faction and went to a nearby Interstellar Factor to cash the bounties. There was no change in influence for any faction in the system.

Typically delivering bounty vouchers damages the faction to which the wanted belongs and favors the faction that has control of the system.

If the wanted belongs to the dominating faction, the two things are balanced.

It depends, then, on how many bounty vouchers deliver and from the population of the system.

Sorry for google traslater.
