8 gb RAM
Radeon HD 5770, 1gb.

Someone has a system similar to mine?

Does the game work well and smooth?

I'm pretty confidant that it should run it. I can't speak for the GPU, but I'm currently running a standard clocked Q6600 4Gb ram with a GTX750 Ti and it runs smooth at high settings in 1600x900 (don't know about higher as that's the limit of my old monitor)
