Does Odyssey come with the base game?

So, I bought a new computer, and I'm in the process of downloading and reinstalling all my software.
I have access to four downloads from Frontier, the 1984 Elite, and then a dowload for the new game, one for Horizons, and one of Odyssey.

Do I need to download all three? Does the Odyssey download also include the base game, or do I need to download that too?

Just download one of the last two (the Elite 1984 is the original wire-frame game and a BBC Micro emulator) -

You are downloading the launcher installer, from the launcher you can install the version you want.

Or of course you could just download the installer from the source:
