Does the famine state still exist?

Does the famine state still exist? I have searched every corner of the bubble, nothing. If they were removed, why is it not in the patch notes and why is there still a map filter.

Isn't famine at the extreme end of the economic scale now, below "bust"? If this is the case it might be that the threshold for triggering such a state is extremely unlikely to occur. So it might still be "in the game" but so rare as to be effective nonexistent.

All* factions were in "none" state due to the launch of new beyond stuff, at the tick Thursday morning we should see all the different states appearing I think.

Yea. I'd have to look it up where famine is on the scale and which conditions it has. Also, considering that keeping factions in "good shape" is supposed to get harder when they grow a certain size, i am rather sure that famine will be around again in time. Not omnipresent, but around often enough. The point is that the BGS was reset with the last big patch. We had no states at all for some time. Now we have some stataes around again.

I would guess that we might still see all kinds of states within this year, but it'll probably be only next year, when the system is in full swing again. Mind you, that's pure gut feeling, i can also be wrong. I just know that within the full length of the beta, we didn't really see many states going on. But of course, activity levels in the beta should be lower than in the life game, so things can turn out differently.

When you've gorged yourself on Adaptive Encryptors Capture, you can take your haul to Ray Gateway in Diaguandri and trade them for Datamined Wake Exceptions. Rinse and repeat until you have all the data you need.

Edit. Since 3.3 dropped you shouldn't have to fly to the coordinates the first time, just take a DSS with you and map the planet.

Wow, i watched the vid, really nice method. Hope i fill up before it gets patched, lol. Theres a question, should i fill up while i can or just get what i need?

Jameson's Cobra is like Dav's Hope, or Orrere Anaconda, or any Guardian structure: it won't get patched, since it's working as intended.

I'd recommend to fill at least the most used stuff (see INARA).
