Ships Does the Panther Clipper only have 2 MK 2 slots for cargo?

I just tried to remove the shield that comes along with it (class 7 slot). The station has the 7D MK 2 cargo rack available for sale. Yet it does not show up for this slot. Is the Panther limited to 2x MK2 cargo slots or is that a bug?

It has one size 8 and one size 7 MK2 slot.
