Discussion Does the Plot panel of EDD still exist?

I have been going over the descriptions of all the panels available in EDD at Github. The plot panel looks very useful but I don't find it in 11.9.3.0. The description dates to 2018. Is there a replacement for the plot panel with a different name? I see a Map 2D local systems panel, but it displays uniformly sized small dots for stars, whereas the plot panel at Github shows dot size proportional to distance, a very nice feature.
