For this pack I’d like to see some horses and maybe some cows and sheep and goats if that’s possible.

This would be one of the very few packs I wouldn’t bother buying - at least not for the animals... the build pieces might make it worth it.
I'd buy it, because it is common for real zoos to have that 'petting zoo' element in them (i.e. a small section dedicated to a "Children's Zoo" or "Barnyard" or something), but it certainly shouldn't be a priority for Frontier.
I like the idea, a setup for things as a petting zoo is something that is rather common in zoos. Having facilities and other things to support it...probably with an improvement for walkthrough exhibits at the same time.
Possibly also adding a new ride, having a tractor for a hayride type tour could be a fun bit for it. Possibly also adding animal rides as well (I see a few zoos that have camel rides and a few other animals that have such things).
Might even be a more than 5 animal thing just to fully cover the basics. Cow, Goat, Sheep, Horse (I'd say go with a work horse), Donkey, and Chickens. Chickens don't really fly that much, though they can flap about for a bit, turkeys could work as well for it.

If by domesticated animals you mean common domesticated zoo animals like camels and llamas then sure... if you mean milk cows and wool sheep... hmm... probably not. I mean, no one is going to use them outside a barnyard setup...
Not necessarily. Although I absolutely agree that other animals should have priority, rare breeds and interesting domestics like highland cattle, soay sheep, kune kune pigs and so on could very easily make it into a small zoo if I made one. I definitely would buy a pack like that but yes, hopefully many more significant animals will come first.
