So, I don't know if anyone else is having a similar issue, but every time I try to complete a donation mission it causes the game to crash to menu. The game tells me that the adjudication server couldn't be reached and then throws me back to the main menu. This happens regardless of the game mode I'm on (it happens both in open and solo) and seems to happen no matter what system I'm in, though I haven't ranged very far yet to check.
Additionally, I'm able to turn in other missions, so it seems to only be the donation missions that are causing this problem for me.
