I was enjoying a couple of glasses of red last night, and towards the end of the evening I had a very bad senior moment. My engines cut out and I was left stranded in space. Checked my Hotas: plugged in. Checked the key bindings; all okay. Pips were working okay, but I just couldnt move. I tried everything, logging out still couldnt move. Finally I checked my functions tab, somehow in my stupor I had switched off the thrusters in the module screen. I didnt even know I could do that.

I will stick to coffee and onionhead from now on.

For some reason after a few glasses of whisky I could land like a Boss at high speed. There's something to be advocated for a little more relaxed flying Boosting out a station is however another matter....

Hmm, I was relocating my freighter to a new trade route with a couple of pints of very pleasant IPA sloshing about, over the weekend. I lost 70% hull to a particularly persistent pirate who I more or less ignored because I was busy staring at a pretty nebula... It certainly does nothing for the attention span or reflexes- though given how little I drink, maybe it hits me a little harder than some of the old soaks around here

I do try to avoid doing anything too challenging when not completely sober though- I hate the feeling of being too clumsy to control the wossnames.

unfortunately onion head supplies are at an all time low. i have a few left in my cargo hold but that's basically all. haven't been able to buy a single unit since yesterday.

so... let's all support the tanmark system to keep it legal and let it prosper throughout the entirety of our galaxy and beyond.
