The ship name defaults to the make of the ship if it cannot be named. Some stations don't have the ship name option in livery.

I am confusion.

They thought they didn’t have one when I attacked; it was only at the rebuy screen when they realized that could sell ships and/or modules to afford it. I found that out when they pinged me on a shared discord server a little while later.

I was going off the youtube comment that said they had a rebuy.

Regardless, nothing 30 seconds of painte mining cant fix.
