I just read it to pass the time, and just... Ouch... Love that vocal minority shouting about stuff... Loved reading all those comments complaining about Horizons not being released... (some people obviously don't do any research) What I didn't expect though, was seeing so many people angry over the additional langues being delayed by a few weeks. All of them saying that the game is <SNIP>, and that Frontier don't know how to do their jobs, and that they want refunds, lmao. Then there was that one guy that just said, "<SNIP> other languages!" and nothing else. [haha] I had to send one guy a message though... Talking <SNIP>, and saying he wanted Horizons, and not this <SNIP> that should have been in the game from the start... I'm just sitting here in my head like, "This 9GB patch IS Horizons... Omg..." Don't read the feed... seriously... I would recommend that Frontier announce on the feed that 1.6 is effectivly Horizons, and that you can buy Horizons on the 3rd, but I'm sure that'd just cause more people to call theif... "What do you mean I have to pay for this year's DLC? I already downloaded it today!" I'd imagine at least one "disc locked content" comment, despite there not even being a disk, and this being a patch a year after the game came out. XD

Most of the gamers over there are the gamers that move on if there is a new CoD released.


The gamers that do stay, will find these forums at some point.. Or didn't go to the Hub at all..

Always thought of that forum as a filter...or a net that keeps the saltwater fish out of the freshwater tank...you know for their own good...

Dude this is so true. I really think cod has a negative impact on the gaming community. I have a friend who's big into cod, and she simply didn't have the patience to learn how to fly in elite.

The XBoxers that are around here are lovely. I occasionally wander in there by accident because of my 'New Posts' habit.

this isn't a xbox gamers specific forums anyway, i think it was separated because we were playing a different version of the game form the beginning. Now, after the 3rd of june, we all play the exact same game.

But now its to late to merge this forum with the general forums, because, we became more then just random gamers on a Xbox sub of a great game forum

there are specific forums per platform, in part because each platform has its own 'special features' that make no sense to be discussed in a general forum.

The game is the same but the technical issues associated with each platform make for specific issues per platform.

For example, you wouldn't have much use for a thread discussing Saitex X52 joysticks, but that is very interesting for some PC players.

It would be interesting for us too...if Micro$oft hadn't been so attached to Tomb Raider, Gears of War and Forza they had added native HOTAS support like their competition instead of a steering wheel and a controller with flappy paddles :)

Game hubs are what happen when you let unsupervised, socially children loose with an Xbox in their bedrooms...

You used to have to pay a penny to poke the loonies with a stick, now you just turn on an Xbox or Facebook :)

Yeah, now we have to pay Internet and third party bills to have the right to act like we are handicaped. Imagine those who speak like they do on the hub doing so IRL. Oh, right they arn't just on the nets are they? *shudders*
