Don't resolve planetary scan targets from the air

Give us a final search zone target, then send us easter-egg hunting in the SRV for a few triangulation points using the wave scanner. Like prospecting, but with a bit of a head start.

Way more fun, but a bit of a pain in the to farm, so two birds, one stone.

I just don't want them popping into existence out of thin air-very immersion breaking. When you do your system scan on entry into the system, this should make the target pop into being on the surface of the planet......and remain persistent until the player can find it. The idea would be that the "Search Zone" Navigation Marker (that we currently have) would only signify the middle of the potential search zone-& this will shift slightly as you approach the planet-as you get a better resolution & the potential search zone gets smaller.

Beyond that, it would depend on either eye-balling, SRV wave-scanner.....or a combination of both.....to locate the final target.

Indeed, I think such a system would work very well for non-mission specific PoI's too.
