Mahons Microwave laser? I know it doesn't actually work atm but I belive they said they would fix it but what is this then? :S

Mahon's Retributor is also a fixed beam, the new one is supposed to be a pulse. I hope the beams get updated too, not only working, but also other sizes and gimballed/turreted versions.

Also, being available via engineers gives an alternate play style that doesn't require supporting the alliance and being part of power play, which will be good for some people.

Aye but if most of the PP weapons stay underpowered while the Engineers get even decent weaponry I wouldn't be a fan.

The mahon patented cooking laser is great for household chores, such as heating up sandwiches, or warming your hands. But combine it with the engineer upgrade, and you have a truly terrifying weapon capable of doing nothing!!!
