Dormant Bountys

Hi guys/girls. I've just logged in after a few days and found I have a Dormant Bounty of 190cr in the Pilots Federation. The only way I can think of how I got the bounty is when I was attacked and fired some mines off. Only the feds showed up as I was low waking out, one must of been hit????

The question is how do I pay it, I'm in a Federation system but there's nothing to pay? And I have no idea which system I was in when I launched the mines.

You can't pay it (at least not to my knowledge) until it turns into a legacy fine. There should be an indication of how long the dormant bounty will be in effect. After it expires it turns into a fine at the station that issued it. You can then go there and pay it off if you want.
