Double engineered FSD location?

This morning I unlocked the double engineered FSD at the human tech broker. I didn't get the DE FSD. It's not available to buy in Shinrarta Dezhra either and it's not in my stored module tab, did I do something wrong?

You where correct sir thank you I thought it would say DE FSD it just a normal FSD with different stats.

Great, thanks for clarifying how one can spot it in the module storage (still on my way to the nearest tech broker - less than 40 jumps left ).
