Newcomer / Intro Download size?

I can not find the answer for this question anywhere else. Anyone know what the size of the full download is? I know that it was approximately 2.5 Gb for Alpha version.

I already have Mercenary edition, will there be additional downloads necessary before I can play the game?

Just curious, should I arrange someone to download the game (at home) at the release time or will it be fast enough for me to do that when I come home from work!

Abou 3,6 GB I think. At least that is my current size of the ED directory, so unless I missed some other folders, this should be it.

Thanks, but do you know if Mercenary Edition count for something or not? I think initially I downloaded a bit more than 1 Gb...

The "solo tutorials installation" and the "regular" game seem to be different things. I can select both in the launcher and I have to install both of them, if I want to play either of these. However I have only the "regular" game installed, and that alone in about 3,6 GB. So if you played the solo tutorials, I think that does not count.

I assume that non-gamma players will need to download a new launcher and wont be able to use the combat tutorial one? Because I do not see any such option on my launcher.

I guess the launcher will update itself, once the game is released, and then you see the options, too.

Curious about the download too, but hoping it will show in the training launcher options/check updates, when its available for download.

I just checked my launcher and there's a message in there from a few days back saying there's an upgrade - so I did that and it looks a lot better now but the big 'play' button at the bottom was a lie

I believe that the 3.6Gb is the unpacked game folder size rather than the download size so it could be smaller. In any case, it I going to take a while to download with so many requests.

I just did a clean install of the game and it did download 3.49GB of data.

However it did not install to the Launcher folder but into users/<username>/AppData/Local. I don't like that at all..
