Not on the download, only the disc. As I said the download version is locked out until 0:00 local time on the 27th. Only the people with the disc can play before this time I think.

Unfortunately pre-order downloads are locked in to Sony's midnight countdown. Even though the content is on the HD it cannot be accessed at all until the countdown ticks to 00:00:00

Yeh, it seems the DLC (Sidewinder, Horizons and Commander Pack) are already installed, but I guess its because they are DLC. I assume it will all come down together.

While I'm not sure about Horizons, the other two will be account bound licences. I've had that happen with pre-order bonuses before. It doesn't actually download anything, the licences just tell the game you already own it, and unlock it (as it'll already be in the game download/install).
