Downloaded and Installed can't download and install game

Did you un-install the combat Tutorial First
Any Error Messages
What steps did you go through?
Do you have enough disk space?
Did the download complete?
Do you get an error when you try to run?
Did it install successfully?

The world is full of people that think those helping are Psychic...that we know precisely what is wrong and how to fix it with just the sentence "It did not work...help." (Sigh).
There have been a few similar posts - one here may give a clue.
I downloaded the client and installed the combat training tutorial and i tried to install the actual game and got no disk in drive L:
then got and exception handler
OK, so firstly un-install the 'demo' and launcher.
Reboot
Check the place you want to install is 'ready'
Goto the store and download your purchased product again.
Install the Launcher
Run the launcher
Login
Then download
See how that goes...
Also is your L drive ready?

I finally got it to start down loading to out the usb drives and finally

Yes USB drives can be a pain! Especially when you leave them in and your PC tries to boot from them
