Downloading Fully Developed Parks

Is there a way to download a fully-formed, fully-functioning park...? Am I required to "friend" them first to do so, IF I can do so...?
I'm not wanting to steal someone else's fully-formed park and them pretend that I made it; I'd just like to see what it'd be like to have one...?

Yes, you can download parks of others by subscribing to them in the Steam Workshop. There is no need to be friends with the creators of those parks first. Just search for parks that you like, hit the subscribe button if you've found a park that you like, and load the game afterwards to see the parks appear in the menu for downloaded parks. After that, you are free to play with any of them and save them as your own parks.
